Cheapest neighborhoods in Rock Hill?
Random thought, I work in real estate and With a population of 74,769, Rock Hill is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $267,400, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Rock Hill? The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
