Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $64,770, which feels about average for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
