OK so Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,614/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $104,785 in Rockcreek. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
