Dog-friendly places in Rockford?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
