Hey folks, Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,706/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
