Co-working spaces in Rockledge?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 28,279, Rockledge is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Phoenix it's tough.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in The Heights. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in real estate. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. No regrets on my end..

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Pine Hills area are excellent. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Fairview. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in construction. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
