Curious what people think. I work in automotive and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,279 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
