Best neighborhoods to rent in Rockport?

Random thought, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $288,600 on average. With a population of 10,449, Rockport is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Fairview. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in marketing. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
