Best neighborhoods to rent in Rockville?

Been living here since 2006. You can expect to pay around $2,244 for rent here. Median household income is $122,384, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 67,218, Rockville is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'm a social worker and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
