Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Rent is about $2,244/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $658,300, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
