Most overrated things about Rockville

Random thought, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $658,300, which is pretty steep. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Does this match your experience?

Came here for weather and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The school system is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
