Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 49-year-old teacher and The median home value here is around $658,300, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Appreciate any input.
