Best companies to work for in Rockwall?

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Rockwall sits at 108.5 per 100K. With a population of 49,605, Rockwall is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Downtown. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in legal. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Definitely worth checking out..
