Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 49,605 people. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $382,400 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
