So, With a population of 49,605, Rockwall is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
