Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $382,400 on average. Household incomes average around $114,926 in Rockwall. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
