Curious what people think. We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Rockwell sits at 491.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $980 for rent here. Household incomes average around $61,452 in Rockwell. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
