OK so It's a a small town city with about 5,510 people. The median home value here is around $132,100, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
