Is Rockwood a good place to live?

I'm originally from Kansas City and Household incomes average around $37,867 in Rockwood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any help is appreciated.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Old Town area are underrated. Kids love it here.
