Hello, The median home value here is around $148,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 54,175 people. Poverty rate is 16.7%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
