Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 13,931, Rocky Point is a small town. Homes are going for about $417,400 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up.
