How is the nightlife in Rocky Top?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Poverty rate is 38.4%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $112,200, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 1,830 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
