Born and raised here. Median household income is $88,819, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $652,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
