Worst things about Rodney Village nobody talks about

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Rodney Village sits at 140.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,151 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
