Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2013. Homes are going for about $93,500 on average. With a population of 2,873, Rogers City is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Rogers City? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
