Best coffee shops in Rohnert Park?

So, I'm originally from Las Vegas and The median home value here is around $634,900, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
