Things Rohnert Park needs to improve

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $96,635 in Rohnert Park. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The safety is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Used to live on the Pine Hills side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
