Cheapest neighborhoods in Roland?

Curious what people think. I'm a 36-year-old writer and The median home value here is around $206,600, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Downtown area are tough. Kids love it here.
