So, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $790/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $177,400 on average. Median household income is $42,518, which feels on the lower side for the area. Household incomes average around $42,518 in Rolla. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
