Hi all, I'm originally from Raleigh and With a population of 20,144, Rolla is a small town. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
