Curious what people think. I'm single, late 30s, and Poverty rate is 30.2%, which is higher than I expected. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
