Anyone work in healthcare in Rome?

The median home value here is around $214,700, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
