With a population of 37,754, Rome is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 17.6%, which is higher than I expected. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
