Hi all, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $214,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,754 people. Homes are going for about $214,700 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
