What Rome does better than anywhere else

It's a a smaller city city with about 37,754 people. You can expect to pay around $976 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
