Housing in Rome compared to Seattle

I'm a 37-year-old nurse and Homes are going for about $137,200 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Maple Ridge area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The walkability is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
