Hello, I'm a 29-year-old restaurant manager and Rent is about $1,892/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots?

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it was the best decision I ever made.
