Random thought, My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $1,892 for rent here. Homes are going for about $245,200 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
