Poverty rate is 15.8%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Maple Ridge area are average. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Houston it's better than expected.
