Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,579/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
