I've been here for 5 years and The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 19,636, Roosevelt is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
