Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Rent is about $470/month for a decent place. With a population of 1,094, Rosa S--nchez comunidad is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Rosa S--nchez comunidad sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Median household income is $19,792, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
