Considering Rosaryville vs Denver -help me decide

Hey, Rent is about $2,542/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Meadowbrook. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in construction. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.
