Hey folks, With a population of 21,484, Rose Hill CDP (Fairfax County) is a small town. You can expect to pay around $2,203 for rent here. The median home value here is around $657,900, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
