Dog-friendly places in Rose Hill?

So, Crime rate is something to consider -Rose Hill sits at 176.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $815 for rent here. Household incomes average around $44,722 in Rose Hill. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I work in legal here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is tough. Hope this helps!.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Atlanta it's surprisingly good.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Close to major attractions
- The pet-friendliness scene is solid

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Bought a house here in 2017 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 1 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
