What surprised you most about Roseau?
I work in automotive and Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $130,000 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.
