Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and With a population of 1,077, Rosebud is a small town. Household incomes average around $26,797 in Rosebud. It's a a small town city with about 1,077 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Easy commute
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Not very walkable
- Homelessness issues downtown
Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
