Quick question about Rosedale

Household incomes average around $134,697 in Rosedale. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The weather is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
