Hey, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
