How is the nightlife in Rosedale?

Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $264,900, which seems about average. It's a a small town city with about 20,845 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much manageable but now it's better than expected.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.
